everything was fine except that the site froze and I had to do it all over, then I discovered a shipping charge on something that had said free shipping and then I had to begin over again to get rid of that item.

i did the order on 2/19/12 and i call costumer services on 2/28/12 to ask about my order and he told me he is going to call next day but nobody call to give me any information. im very frustate because i need very bad this teste for my son .

they were low on stock, so it got shipped a week late. But they paid for Priority Mail to compensate for it. I am very happy.
I cannot find these vitamins anywhere else. Dr. Ben has helped the world understand our genetic deficiency.When trying to pay by computer you ask for a password. I did not know what that was. I wasted a lot of time. Customer service did not know.Pay Pal did not work.You give free shipping for "ground" but you do not say if it is UPS ground or Post Office ground. We need to know because it would be two different addresses.

My order was placed early on Thur.morning and the site showed 90 boxes of the product I ordered being available. Their customer service did not let me know that their supplier had them on a backorder and by my own phone callfound out this information. I then found out they were closed on President's Day and sent a cancellation on that day which was not processed and the order was filled onTuesday,three business days later.I called and emailed complaints about their customer service not letting me know about this problem. I finally recieved the order on Monday,seven business days later and if it had not been for needing the product,I would have returned the shipment and ordered from another supplier,which willl happen on future orders.

The booklet that came with the enema kit I ordered was very helpful. The quality was very good. I appreciate that the product parts are non-toxic, unlike the first enema bag I ordered from another company, which was so smelly and toxic that I returned it.

I never received the product I ordered on 2/11/2012. I ordered the same product for LESS MONEY in January and it was never shipped either. When I went to re-order it, the price had increased! I will dispute this charge to Pay Pal.
They advertize a discount for quantity purchase, but when they bill you, THERE IS NO DISCOUNT!
