Hello to all!I am over-all satisfied with this ompany's service....for the most part.I think service should hip sooner. Perhaps the same day. Also, it seems you are out of the same item over and oer and tha elays shipping or i never get the back-ordered item. I am stil waiting on the order of 2 bottles of "Breath Buddies". (for example)I do not know why this continues to happen for the same products. Maybe it is just my iming? Well, there is so much more I love about this company. The Prices!!! Delivery has nothing to do with the product nor the company overall, however.. paying nearly $6.00 S/H and it coming more than a week after due is something that can determine re-orders. If it wasn't for the fact that I can't find this product at my regular purchaser, this s/h is not the best move on your part especially when it's only lowered with a hundred dollar or more purchase.. Some can not afford this and must concede to the six dollar charge for just one item THEN has to wait an extended time to receive it. Do not post this as I have no intention of telling anyone what I just wrote.. It's between me and you only and will go no farther than here.
This is the only place I've found liquid ALA for a reasonable price.. However, the S/H isn't tops on my list.. Well re-order just the same.

I wish they accepted items for return that were opened, but have not met the selling claims, within 14 days, or even 7 days would be fair. I'm hesitant to purchase new things from LV, especially, in the beauty department for this reason. I'd rather purchase it first full price somewhere else, but have the option to return it if I'm not happy, then to save a little but lose all my money if the purchase sucks. They should also think about free shipping over $50. I would buy more frequently, if I didn't fee like I was spending my saved money on the shipping.

I was shopping for a specific item which Lucky did not have. I was impressed they sent me an email to advise when the item became available. It was a couple of months after I was originally shopping. I had forgotten. Were it not for the reminder email from Lucky I would not have placed the order.Also, one of my items ended up being on back order. Not the original item. I decided to change that for something that was in stock. I sent an email. I was impress with how quickly the CSR not only replied but handled the matter.My only negative is that I live in Ontario Canada. The Lucky website indicates it'll take up to three weeks for delivery with no option of tracking the order. Three weeks seems excessive, I'll live with that; however it would be good to implement a tracking system for Canadian orders.
