My parcel was damaged in transit and rewrapped by the courier. Only slight damage to some items, but it would have been nice for courrier to acknowledge.

it took a week and 2 days to receive my order...kinda of a long time..but I love my lotions..several of them I had know idea how they smelled except by description and they are great!!!!

I love these products and what I lovedthe most and wassopleasedtofindyou could ship to 2 different addressesand it was so easy!I bought the products for my daughter-in-law and shipped to Iowa andgot the reduced fabulous gift for myself in Oregon
I LOVE THE FRAGRANCE AND THIS TIME I WAS SENDING A MOTHER'S GIFT TO MY NEW DAUGHTER-IN-LAW EXPECTING A NEW BABY AND WAS ABLE TO SPLIT THE PURCHASE QUITE EASILY DURING THE CHECKOUT PURCHASE SO THAT I GOT THE PROMOTIONAL GIFT AND SHE GIFT THE GIFTS I WANTED TO HAVE RATHER THAN SHIPPING EVERYTHING TO ME AND THEN ME HAVING TO SHIP MYSELF, THAT IS NICE.

So glad the order got here before the holiday!
good coupons online for stuff i want anyway. nice. but if i want to spend a decent amount of money i think shipping should be free without having to use a coupon that i could otherwise have used on a nice package. at least let me use 2 online coupons at a time... i would have spent more money on your products that way

They are a really great company with great products, their products are just too expensive for the most part, I only buy when they are on sale - except for this time I ran out before the sale. If they would lower their prices, I would buy more.
I love Bath & Body Works! You are the only thing I shower with. I just wish your prices were more affordable so that I don't have to budget my purchases for only twice a year during your semi-annual sales. I just happened to have a gift card in my house and ran out of product and needed to get some more.
