Ordered the GNC Lean Shake. Lost 12 pounds in a month and half using shake twice daily.Now leveled off and not losing but still like shakes.
I was shown three different purchase totals from last night until I checked out today.Tried to complete purchase last night but site would not allow.

My product was on sale at the website as buy one get one. That was great! I placed my order but received an email a few days later telling me that the item was back ordered and would not be delivered for many weeks. Since I was running low and did not want to run out, I went to the local physical store and bought the product at a price quite a bit higher than the online price. The day after making a special trip to the physical store, I got an email that said my order had shipped. It arrived timely, was correct and the price was great. I just would like more accurate shipping information next time but maybe I was getting info as it became available to GNC and this couldn't be helped. It is a fallen world after all and things do run perfectly smoothly all the time. I'll just be sure to maintain my stockpile so I do not panic when advised of backorders in the future.
GNC website needs a better search engine to find a particular product. when I keyed in the specific name of the product I wanted, the site did not send me to that specific product. It took me quite a while to find it the first time. I really like the product so I kept looking. I also had a question about Gold Card rewards so I telephoned GNC. The person who answered was very pleasant and helpful. He made a great suggestion that is saving me money. I give an A+ to the product and an A+ to customer service. Website would be an A+ if it were easier to search.

This was an exact reorder of an earlier one which didn't arrive. Because of the weird Gold Card rules it was actually $12 cheaper than the last order. I used the Shoprunner free shipping for this order.
This was reorder. The first shipment was not delivered and this order was cheaper this week due to Gold Card membership.

Still wish I could buy this item at my local store.
You sent me an e-mail saying I had a 15% discount to use on my next order, when I went to place my order, I could not use the discount if I used my gold card. This is not right, if I can't use it don't tell me about it or live up to what you advertise.

I have had nothing but the best experiences comming from GNC and the one time I calledcust service I was very surprised at the level of care that went into taking care of my call, but over all I like the prices, the sales, and the great discounts, and they make it so uncomplicated to shop on their site!!! I just love GNC!! Thank you ;-)
Im a fairly new customer and I have been very happy with all aspects of my shopping experience with the gnc site! I gotta say that their prices are way better then other sites, some times items aren't available, but that's understandable! Overall I think they're a great company to do business with ;-)

GNC has a great selection, but prices tend to run higher than some of their competitors.

I always shop here online, so convenient and quick.
I am always satisfied and get a good price and its all so easy. They always let me know of other bargains pertaining to what I am buying

The website offers % discouts when signing up for email or whatever, however when you place an order those discounts never show up so I cancel before completing the order.

Everyone I have dealt with has always been friendly.
I had a little trouble online ordering. When I called I was not able to order with bill me later which was discouraging. Luckly I was able to get the computer to work.
