The Purchase experience was good and product was delivered on time with my expedited shipping request but unfortunately the product that i purchased has some incompatibility issue with working with my laptop. I've to work with hp to resolve the compatibility problem. But the problem is still open and I'm continue working on that.
The shopping experience was good.

We are very happy that we found a counter-top pressure cooker with a stainless steel inner pot. Beautiful on both the inside and out, and healthful metal to cook in.

The battery I ordered was advertised to fit my laptop. It did not and I had to pay $7.00 to send it back. Not re-ordering from same company.

I did not receive an invoice with product and my company does not accept Packing Slip as proof of purchase or a substitute for a proper dollar-amount-spent receipt. I searched my computer and emails but still no receipt.
No box apparent to check "Billing address same as ship to address" which caused me to backtrack several times.
