I had purchased a pair of eclispse curtains. Got the wrong size, and instead of shipping a new pair of curtains of the right size, i had to return this to the store and then place another order. The first time I called customer service, I was asked to go and order it online again, the call got disconnected and no one even bothered to call me. The second time the call went to parts direct although I had called the same number, the person said it was a glitch in the system and told me call back the number again so it may connect to right dept. This time person tried to help me out by placing a new order for the same curtains, by which the pricing of this had doubled, so she was trying to get me the same deal. I will never shop in Sears again.. Oh the box flaps also were not fully taped , only half the box had the tape the other half the tape was covering the box not the flaps... never seen anything shipped this way in my life.

Very, very slow and hard to use web site. Searching is uselss and finding stores never seems to work. Very, very slow. I clicked on the "add to card" and it forced me to find my local store. However, after entering my ZIP, it just kept spinning and never did anything.

You need to get the search engines working with you. I found the sears url quite by accident. This is the first time. I liked it.

Website needs a very clear declaration of how vendors are related (or not) to Sears itself. Otherwise, the product purchase and delivery experience was good -product matched website description, photos. Need a clearer explanation of relationship of Marketplace sellers, and "licensed partners" to Sears.

The item has no tracking ability; shows delivered to me however it was not. When I asked customer service for help, they told me they would contact me in eight days and if not, would refund my money.
