I resent not having a choice regarding having to do the survey to finish order.

I have not received my order. This was a pre-order of an advertised product. Apparently it is back ordered from the manufacturer and I have not been given a possible delivery date. They have offered to show me products similar to the one I wanted but no offer to cancel the order and start over.
I always go to ritz first for camera equipment and accessoris because of the selection, price, and service. All excellent

This was the fastest buy-to-ship-time online purchase I can think of out of literally hundreds of online purchases I've made. My purchase was out their door in mere hours. (While I do prefer UPS to FedEx for various reasons, their use of FedEx had no true bearing on RitzCamera's transaction as a whole). I will absolutely refer Ritz to others and weigh favorably this experience with them when I shop for future items. Even if Ritz doesn't quite have the price beat but it's reasonably close, I'd absolutely go with Ritz again. Thanks!
They're the only site I could find (including physical stores anywhere near me)to have this item in stock -- and not only did they have it in stock, but they had multiple packages available. The site is laid out well and is aesthetically good, the search box & results worked well, and I'm very excited about this transaction. I look forward to receiving my product.

The product was fine, but I did not get it in the color I wished.
I was unhappy because there was no option for "place order" to finalize the order. Under this circumstance there is no way to change one's mind not to buy the merchandise. Also there was no option as to the color of the camera. If possible I rather have a silver one. Next is black. Thanks
