they were slow to let me know they made a mistake on shipping charge.they then cancelled part of my order without contacting me which would have caused me to cancel the order.when I contacted the customer service department the rep apologized and said the item was now in stock and would be reshipped with free shipping.I then received an email letting me know the shipping charge was 27.00 and would be billed to my credit card.After another call to the customer service people I was told I was wrong and then after further inquiry they informed me it wouldn't matter because when the order was being processed in the next few days they would then have noticed the item was out of stock and cancelled the order anyway.bad bad bad service.after telling several other team coaches about this great website now I will have to eat crow and tell about the poor service I received and recommend against purchasing anything from this company.I hope someone reads this because shopping online is the future great easy to use website.showed stock and availability clearly.great prices and am already recommending site to other teams.used contact phone number to ask a few questions and the reps were courteous and helpfull.will definately buy from in the future.

This was the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. 1) Website did not calculate shipping charges to Canada correctly and I was asked to pay the extra cost AFTER my transation was finalized.2) Customer Service was not helpful in addressing the matter to my satisfaction.This organization has the worst order processing and customer service. I will not use them again, and I will advise all my friends not to use them.

The only comment is the shipping pricing, I found it quit high for only one item. There was no option to pick for shipping, a little disappointed.
