The price and the speed beat out the local Supply house for the item. I told the hospital that I could and did get it faster and cheaper than they could.
Finding a Hemi Walker at a reasonable price at a time when ObamaCare is driving prices up through the roof and when my wife is trying to recover from an auto accident that left her with a useless left arm and a broken Pelvis. Money is really tight right now, so we needed this fast and lowest cost. Thanks

I ordered 3 items. They shipped in 3 separate packages. I was only notified of the shipment of ONE item (which was actually the second to arrive).Furthermore, their order tracking page was NEVER updated to reflect the shipments.
The only snag I hit was I was given a code to enter for free shipping, and I wasn't sure if it went into "gift certificate code" box. Perhaps a re-wording of the code box, to indicate gift cert OR coupon code?

I actually ordered for my wife who has a walker and a wheel chair. It was a surprise for her and she was extremely happy. She is supposed to drink lots of water and this way she always has it with her
