2nd microphone was removed from order and although I was not charged I am still disapointed
easy to use and search same price on the item as wally world more trusted as electronics than wally world direct ship option only thing is i wish there would have been a place i could have written a message because it was for a gift to my mother from my sister who lives in Jersey and myself who lives a few miles away. Also it would be nice to allow me to use my card for part of the purchase and my sister to use her card for the other part so we I wouldn't have to wait for her check to come in the mail to me

When I placed my order, everything seemed to be fine. I needed components, as well as a soldering iron and solder - together - these items would be useless without the full set. About 2-3 days after placing my order, I received a notification that the soldering iron was unavailable, and that Radioshack cancelled that one item from the order. I was not informed of this unavailability when placing the order, nor did Radioshack make an effort to substitute the iron for an in-stock one, nor did they give me an option to buy a different one. They just...cancelled it. So now, I have components and solder on the way, with absolutely no tool to do anything with them. Useless! And then, on top of that, the shipping timeline was terrible. I placed my order early in the work week, but didn't get a confirmation until 2-3 days later, and THEN later yet received a shipping confirmation. And since they used FedEx, with no weekend delivery, my package sat for days just a mile away, unavailable to me.

Received the product quickly. It was exactly what I was needing. You can't ask for much more than that. As a side note, I first went to the Branson, MO store location to see if this product was available there. Even though they did not have it, I was greatly impressed with their willingness to help and answer all my questions. The atmosphere in there was great, and I will be returning there for all my electronics needs.

I returned one battery to local Radio Shack because I had ordered the wrong one.

I have recieved all but te crimping tool. /Without it I cannot use the pard I have for I cannot adquately crimp the contacts.

YOUR WEBSITE WAS NOT INTUITIVELY SIMPLE FOR ME TO NAVIGATE. I AM NOT COMPUER LITERATE BUT THESE BATTERIES WERE NOT AVAILABLE IN YIUR STORE , AND NO ONE OFFERED TO ORDER THEM FOR ME.
I wanted 3 cbc446 batteries and the system got me up to 7, I got out of your system and one item was all that I could get. One is better than none as well as seven.

If you are looking for a Police scanner. RadioShack is the place.

Thought the battery I needed for my Radio Shack scanner was no longer available unit is over 14 years old, so I tried on line and there it was. Received it about 4 days earlier and was very happy with that. Battery worked out perfect.
