I contacted customer service late at night and had to wait an extremely long time for assistance. The reason I had to contact is that I ordered two rings but was only able to request one personalized card on-line. The agent was able to assist me and both cards came with order.
I ordered two rings and was only able to request one card. I'm on hold to try to get a second card included as these are both gifts.
