I am very pleased with my purchases with The Nerds. I thought that part of the order had not been delivered. Instead it had been left by a door that is used infrequently.

I was very happy to find the item at such a reasonable price. This item was to replace one that my son had broken. He is very tough on headphones and ear buds, so I'm sure I will be ordering again.

My item came even sooner than i expected thanks to customer support.Good job people...great first impression.
The price was amazing...Not sure yet about the whole having to verify my shipping address thing as my billing address is my po box..but I guess we"ll see.

Great company
I found what I needed, I think. I'm still trying to talk to someone at 888-566-nerd but HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR 62 MINUTES for someone to pick up the phone so I can be sure I have everything I need. In buying an ELO 2244L touch monitor, nothing on the site clues one into the fact that you need to buy a separate power supply for it or that a bezel is available. I'm just going ahead and ordering because I'm tired of waiting. I think you should treat phone customers better. A recorded voice is still saying you'll be right with me...66 minutes now and I'm not waiting any longer.

The product came without any instructions. I have talked with Targus Customer Support, but have yet to get the product to work properly.
My only reservation is that I just ordered the product, but a true evaluation must include delivery and satisfaction with the results.
