I am happy with my new Novatoes. The picture looked different than what I already had, but these are an exact match. Next time I will order something different.
I can't seem to find Novato's anywhere else. I like them, and will continue to purchase them from SHOE BUY as long as they carry that brand.

I returned my purchase because it did not fit, but the transaction was effortless. I find Shoebuy to be a very reputable website and I would return to it for future purchases.
Since it is so difficult to purchase shoes without trying them on, it is great that there are no shipping charges either way.

I have ordered shoes from you quite a few times and have always been extremely satisfied with my purchases, even though here and there I had to exchange a pair of shoes for size, as brands do have slight differences in sizes.
I have ordered shoes from you on numerous occasions and have always been extremely satisfied. It is easy to check out. Merchandise is well displayed on the pages, with good description. The shoes arrive in a timely manner and if there is a return to be made it is easy and hassle free.

Size was too small. Ordered a bigger size. Overall experience Great. Only drawback...long wait time on the phone

I was not aware that returning an item would be so involved---why not just include a return form in the packaging. Soooo much easier!!!

I thought the crocs I ordered had air holes in them. When I received them, that was not present.
