I purchase the product as a mother's day gift. You had a feature in your site that indicated I could get the ring by that day, and I didn't get it until Tuesday of the next week.
I knew about your store through the Liguorian magazine. I had been thinking abut purchasing some of your items shown there, and this time I couldn't resist.You have very lovely merchandise.

My item was returned for some unknown reason & I needed the gift for my grand daughters H S graduation. Bradford actually resent the items so that I received the gift on the Fri of graduation. Thank you.

I did not receive a packing slip of the order giving me all information of the product. I need to have a copy.

All the purchasing aspects went well. When I wanted to follow the order during delivery, in order to get to that point, there were to many steps.
Bradford seems to have quality merchandise that is easily attained from the web sight.
