This was my first time. My daughter in law is the one who told me I could order reasonably from your company. Other wise I never heard of you. As far as I am concerned it is alright.

The shopping cart I ordered was missing parts. Also, I ordered a desk chair and it won't be available until July???????? Why do you advertise that you carry this item Now if you won't have it until July? My chair is broke and I may not be able to wait until July--trying to hold on until then but not happy about this.
was a bit disappointed that I had a catalog sent to me with a promo code and now it says it's out of date. I like your products-I have a handicapped brother and we are both plus size people-it is hard to find things to accommodate us and we found things here-hope to order again!

I paid extra for the express shipping. I ordered a comforter set and sheets. Got the sheets but still have not received the comforter. I have paid in full for both. Comforter is on backorder is what the site is telling me.
I am a litte concerned about the quality of the product. JC Penney's had these same items and I am second guessing myself about just purchased them from JC Penney's. I don't really think I saved any money at all.

Ordered comforter set with drapes, only one drape came thought there would be 2. I called to order one more drape only to be told they are out of stock and would not be getting anymore.
