I didn't like the come-on about a $100 premium which turned out to be subscriptions I didn't want to three magazines. I had trouble getting out of that, because the window told me I had to choose one. I did get out, and I'm not being sent any magazines I don't want. The next time I'm offered something great for free, I'll just reply no'.

My experience with P.C. Richard & Son was GREAT, I ordered my home theater receiver on Tuesday and it was delivered Friday, WOW! Great product, great everything, will definetly be back!
Looking forward to receiving my new receiver....We will see...

I ordered a Nikon Cool Pix, model S 8200. I had bought this camera locally before but they were out of stock and I wanted one for my daughter. First of all the camera was a day late and I had to delay my trip one day to receive it. I then discovered that there was no memory card included. I went back to the web site and it does say no external card. It is my fault I did not see that before ordering. However, this is a deceptive way to sell because with 89 mb of camera memory that is only 10 pictures. EVERY store includes a memory card, except you.
