I began using Harry and David when my grandsons went off to college. They were delighted with each basket or box they received - all on time!! Now, the youngest is only one left in college, so for the next 3 years you will be hearing from me!! Tracking was also useful so that I could alert the grandson when to expect the package.
I was told about them when a neighbor was sending gifts to her college grandson. When our 3 grandsons entered college, and even out of college, we begin sending them various boxes/baskets - to their enjoyment. I have been very satisfied with all aspects of purchasing, including customer service.

I order from Harry and David at least every two months. Most of the things I buy are sent as gifts. The products they sell are high quality and are loved by the individuals who receive them. I only had trouble with one order. Customer service was called and they took care of the problem right away. Very easy and much appreciated!
I appreciate the quality of product that Harry & David puts out. I also appreciate that if for some reason there is something wrong with the product they always make it right without any hassles.

I would order more often if shipping costs weren't so high.
The shipping costs are pretty steep - they are the main reason that I do not purchase a lot more often. Today, the shipping was free.

My mother-in-law seemed happy enough with the gift.
It would make more sense to fill this out after the gift has been received and we know how happy the recipient was with it.

Product was advertised for Mother's Day delivery. Was not available to be delivered until the day after Mother's Day. I cancelled order, and just received my Visa bill with charge of cancelled order appearing on my recent bill. Very dissatisfied.
After ordering the Mother's Day Pear Box (order #1009402030) with guaranteed delivery by Mother's Day the confirmation said that it would arrive on May 14th -- after Mother's Day. When calling and speaking to H&D rep, she informed me that the boxes were not even made up yet and there was no way to deliver for Mother's Day. She proceeded to try to sell me another product which I was not interested in. VERY POOR PLANNING, H&D! I am a very disappointed customer.

EEverything I have ever ordered has always been presented in a lovely gift appropriate fashion! Fruits are always fresh and beautiful, and I am proud to have my name signed on the gift card!
My friend who lives out of state LOVES the pears, most holidays, I order these for her.

I ordered a pineapple mac nut bread specifically because it advertised to ship by Mother's day. Mother's day was Sunday - the bread didn't make it until Tuesday 5:00 pm (according to the tracking number. My mother didn't receive a gift for Mother's day
