I made an online oreder to be picked up at the store. I received a confirmation that the oreder was received and another one that it was ready to be picked up. When I arrived at the counter and said I was here to pick up an order, the clerk asked what was my order for and proceeded to contact someone. The next person asked what I ordered and after several minutes retrieved a copy of my order and proceeded to fill it while I waited. I had to tell them 3 times what was on my order. Yes, I had brought my order number. I see no point to making an online order.

site is easy to navigate, product in stock, received on the date anticipated, absolutely nothing negative

I was really perturbed at the store, then came home and ordered on line.
online was alot easier than our recent trip to the store this morning! For some odd reason they handle the black ink for my printer, but discontiued the color ink in store....that does make sense to anyone, why one and not the other? I was very upset with them this morning!

I was very suprised that the delivery was made directly without one of the commercial delivery companies. I am exceptionally pleased with the service.
I dislike mail-in rebates, it turns me off. I have had some bad experiences with these, but not with your store.

I have always received my order the following day except when the weather would not allow it; but the driver did try until we said to wait. [snow and Ice for several days]
I think shopping on line for the company's needs is great, however for my own personal use I like to go the store.

Very pleased, as always, with my purchase from Office Depot. They are the best!
Very pleased with Office Depot generally. However, I want to go on record to say that the price of printer ink, in all stores, is entirely too high. I do a lot of printing and since I am retired on a fixed income, the cost is extremely high.
